Hey—I'm Jessica, and I've been in the romance trenches with you.

I'm a traditionally published romance author who's also been building websites for authors for over 10 years. I know this business from both sides—the indie hustle and the trad pub game. I've written the books, pitched to agents, stressed over cover reveals, and yes, built hundreds of author websites that actually sell books.

I started Meet Cute Creative because I got tired of watching fellow authors drop serious cash on websites that looked gorgeous but couldn't convert a reader if their life depended on it. Pretty doesn't pay the bills. Strategic does.

From debut indie authors to NYT bestsellers to romance subscription boxes, I've worked with clients at every level. I know what romance readers expect when they land on your site. I know what makes them click "buy now" instead of bounce. And I know how to make it all work without you needing a computer science degree.

I also created the Author Content Calendar and launched the Author Content Club—because social media shouldn't feel like a part-time job you hate.

Building an author business is hard. I won't sugarcoat that. But the website part? The "what do I even post today" part? Those I can handle for you.

And when I'm not designing or creating templates, you'll find me reading romance, devouring thrillers, or falling down Pinterest rabbit holes in the name of "research."
